Whooping Cough Vaccine Lags in Efficacy

 

July 24, 2013--The New York Times reports on a recent study in The BMJ which examined the effectiveness of the Tdap vaccine in California between 2010 and 2011. The results of the study showed that the acellular pertussis component of the vaccine was less effacacious than the tetanus and diphtheria components. Read more here
